TERMS OF USE

General 
These Terms of Use (these "Terms of Use") govern the use of the website(s) and platform(s) provided by JW Timmerwerken. ("JW-T") with a homepage located at the URL www.jwtimmerwerken.nl ("Site") and related classification system, facilities and services, including without limitation, As used herein, "You" and "Your" refers to individuals that accesses or otherwise use the Site and or the Service. 

Acceptance 
YOUR AFFIRMATIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND/ OR YOUR  USE OF THIS PLATFORM OR THE SERVICE SIGNIFIES THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND THE PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF USE AND THE PRIVACY POLICY, YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY CEASE USE OF THE SITE AND THE SERVICE AND CEASE USE OF ALL INFORMATION AND MATERIALS YOU OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE. 

Modifications 
JW-T  may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The amended terms will be effective upon posting on the Site, or if you are a User, upon email notification to you that the Terms & Conditions have been amended. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services provided by JW-T. indicates Your continued agreement to be bound thereby.

Registration Representations
When You register for the Site, You represent and warrant that all of the information You provide as part of that registration is true, complete and accurate. You also agree to notify JW-T immediately at any time information You have provided ceases to be true, complete or accurate.

Site availability
YOU AGREE THAT JW-T SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY SUCH INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF THE SITE. 

Behaviour and Privacy

Applicable Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, statutes, rules and regulations relating to Your use of the Site and the Services.

Malicious Intent
You agree not to tamper with the software or functionality of the Site or the Services and not to introduce any material into the Site or the Services that contains any viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, data or information.

Information Privacy

JW-T reserves the right to revoke its consent to any link at any time in its sole discretion.

Termination
These Terms of Use may be terminated at any time and for any reason or for no reason by JW-T or by You. Notice of termination shall be in the form of a written notice and termination shall be effective upon the receiving party's receipt of such notice. You shall have no recourse and JW-T shall have no liability with respect to any such termination. All provisions of these Terms of Use relating to warranties, confidentiality obligations, proprietary rights, limitation of liability and indemnification obligations shall survive the termination or expiration hereof.

Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed, interpreted by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the performance of this Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court at Almelo

Miscellaneous

  1. Headings
    The headings used in these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy are intended for convenience only. They are not a part of the written understanding between the parties, and they shall not affect the construction and interpretation thereof.
  2. No Waiver
    A party's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or right.
  3. Severability
    If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect such provision in any other respect or any other provision of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.
  4. Use of Name
    You may not publicly use     JW-T's name, trademarks or logos without JW-T's prior written consent. In the event Your company has executed a written agreement with JW-T, the terms and conditions set forth in such agreement shall apply to any public statements made by You regarding JW-T.
